Role Overview
Using strong communication skills and effective deadline management, Sales Operations will collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders and job functions. The role involves delivering tasks of moderate to high complexity and scope, while performing effectively in a challenging and fast-paced environment. Sales Operations plays a key role in supporting all Business Development activities across the region.

What You Will Do

Support and attend weekly sales meetings

Manage and distribute sales leads

Organise and coordinate sales training sessions

Manage company visitors and arrange meeting schedules with the sales team

Deliver regular reporting to support sales initiatives and ensure data integrity

Act as a local expert and advocate for Sales Enablement tools

Support bid activity including executive summaries, qualitative responses, formatting, accuracy, and deadline management
-
Act as a local expert in bid management and facilitation

Coordinate and deliver customer-facing events for Business Development teams

Analyse, interpret, and present customer survey responses

Act as a local expert and advocate for templates and branding guidelines
-
Support local marketing requirements

Coordinate and deliver targeted marketing campaigns and regional newsletter emails alongside Regional Sales Operations

Attend training and development sessions to build understanding of Sales and Sales Operations requirements

Take on additional assignments as required to support Business Development activities across the region
What You Bring

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook
