The Role
As Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for:

Launching a brand-new UK branch from the ground up

Creating and executing a commercial strategy for your chosen region

Winning new business across air and ocean freight markets

Managing and developing key account relationships

Building your own team as the branch grows

Working closely with central operations, finance, customs, and support teams
